"Ouch!! I wish I had gotten an apology from my nail tech for the three nails he caused to bleed. He then proceeded to dip my bleeding nails into the dip powder, so sorry everybody who is now getting their dip manicures done with a bloody, contaminated powder. My nails are also not the color I picked and I didn't realize until he had put the dip on, I tried to trust the process but they're not even close to the color in the book. I would have asked them to be fixed but the appointment has already taken so long, we made an appointment for two people at 12:30, they didn't take either of us until 1 and they took too long to take my mom that she told them she could no longer wait and have to come back another time, and they also didn't apologize for making her wait and not honoring her 12:30 appointment (it was about 1:15 when she told them she would need to cancel). Not sure why they schedule appointments knowing they won't get to you in time. Very disappointed - some communication and apologies for the wait and for causing me to bleed through my entire appointment would've made us feel a bit better."

"Jimmy is by far the best nail tech at Magic Nails. He made my mom feel like a queen today. She had the worst experience years ago at another salon and got a bad infection in her big toe and ended up loosing her toe nail. Jimmy was able to build a toe nail from acrylic and made it look super natural looking. His attention to detail, artistry and professionalism truly shines. He was so patient with our ever demanding needs. Jimmy thank you so much. You just gained a new client. Again, thank you. The pedicure and manicure came out absolutely beautiful. She was absolutely happy and I seen her this happy in a long time and her self esteem has been very low about her self and her toes. We’ll definitely be back."
