"I went in a few weeks ago as a walk-in and Corrie did my brow wax - no complaints. I made an appointment today for the same service and was sure to arrive a few minutes early. Corrie happened to be walking by when I walked in and said hi to me on her way to her area where she checked her appointment book and then disappeared. The other ladies working side-eyed me a few times but nobody offered help or said a word. After an hour of sitting there waiting like a fool I had to leave. Very disappointing."
