"PROS :It was late and needed to just get a nail takeoff and fortunately they was open till 9pm. Staff was very friendly and the prices are affordable CONS: Unfortunately I also decided to get my nails done there as well. Well let me just say atp I wish I could bury my hands in sand because the work was horrible. No attention to cuticles, not evenly shaped, dirt is getting trapped in between my actual nail and the tip, noticeable bubbles, and turning yellow. My total cost was $50. The lady said see you in 2 weeks but she or this salon will definitely not."

"It took me a few days to write this review because I honestly dislike having to do bad reviews but I feel this is necessary. I visited there this past Friday, 9/15. I’m hoping this will help future customers as well as help them grow and improve as a business. Their customer service and the services they provide definitely need improvement. The woman doing my pedicure literally ripped my skin off my toe and tried to proceed with painting my toenail. I told her to leave it and asked for a bandaid. She said she’d clean it for me but she poured sanitizer on my toe instead of using an alcohol pad. I then asked for some napkins to stop the bleeding and told her I would take care of it myself. While she proceeds to do my pedicure, one of the other associates decided to move my child’s stroller outside of the shop. Which I didn’t understand because it wasn’t in anyone’s way. When I asked him to bring it back he tried to argue with me about so my sister brought it back in. Once my toes were done I explained, to the man I thought might be the owner, that due to the injury caused by his associate I will not be paying full price. He then tried to argue with me about. I showed him my toe and stood firm on my statement. He then agreed to the amount I was willing to pay. I hope this helps someone. I will not be a returning customer and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"The man who did my nails had a terrible attitude and rushed through my nails. They’re uneven, poorly shaped, and have a gritty feel to them. When I mentioned the French tip being too thick, he tried convincing me that this is how it’s supposed to look. I won’t be going back."
