Captain Scott's Seafood Restaurant

"My crab cakes were not lump crab, as stated, and were literally burnt and inedible. Picture attached. My daughters shrimp scampi had shrimp that were unclean and I think that is completely unacceptable . The lobster bisque was very good. We got take out or I would have sent both items back. Addendum: my daughter is gluten free and ordered gf food but was up all night sick after eating the awful shrimp Scampi. I do not recommend this restaurant."

"Slow service and ok food. The ceasar salad was too saucy, I couldn’t finish it. The other items were ok. The food took a lot of time to be ready! Overall not good."

"Fabulous food!! Steaming hot!! I never eat fries but these wide ,fat crispy on the outside but soft potato on the inside a meal in them selves!! Jill our Server was a pleasure. Always a smile , prompt service, very attentive, took the time to listen and met our needs. The cook even took the time to come and chat with us at our table. A family restaurant who showed that they care about their customers and also spoke highly of his workers . I would recommend it highly."

"We went here for a family dinner at my son’s suggestion. I don’t have any regrets. The place was quite the waitress was friendly and patient. I had to return the slim piña colada which she had suggested. She didn’t hesitate to take it away and get me another. Our meal came in a timely manner and we all enjoyed it the atmosphere. I must say for tourists be aware they close at 8:30 but it’s the cape so apparently most retire early. PS. Please get another restroom one is definitely NOT enough to service the size of the restaurant."

"A Hidden gem in Sandwich, where the prices are reasonable, the portions are good, great quality food and the staff is attentive and friendly. This was my first time here in eight years. All of the changes are awesome . We were a party of three adults and two children. We mostly had seafood, including the whole belly clam plate that was on special for $24.99. The food was great and our waitress was very nice. If we had room for dessert, I think we would’ve got the carrot cake, it was about four layers, which I spotted in the dessert case as we walked in. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying the new outdoor bar, this is going to be a great place to meet friends and relax with a summer drink. I live within walking distance and I think this will my new go-to place this summer!"
