"Hold on tight because I have got a Dunkin' story that will blow your mind! Not all Dunkin's are created equal, but let me tell you, this drive-through Dunkin' located beside a Mobil gas station that also serves amazing pizza slices is the absolute best in the area! Unfortunately, it's currently closed for renovations, and I have to travel further to get my daily dose of a well-toasted bagel with cream cheese. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster! But the staff at this Dunkin' are consistently excellent, accommodating, and simply delightful. They make me feel welcome and happy every time I pull up to the drive-through with my mobile order, even if I arrive after an unreasonable amount of time. In comparison, other Dunkin' locations in Plymouth and Kingston just don't measure up. Their staff doesn't understand what well-toasted means, and they seem to want me to get into a terrible accident while attempting to open a cream cheese packet. Come on, Plymouth and Kingston Dunkin's, step up your game and take a cue from this amazing Dunkin'!"
"After waiting 10 minutes at window, I said hello? I was greeted with “What do you want?” Really?? I was so taken back the the person taking the order. I think I’ll go back to Starbucks."
"I’ve been to this location a few times, and service is always incredibly slow, inside and the drive thru. The staff openly complains about the job and customers, that happens almost every visit. You’re better off at the Dunks half a mile down on the same road."
"I am never one to make a fuss. However, the experience I had at this location this morning with the manager on duty was unprofessional. I ordered a double espresso with oat milk and requested not to have it filled all the way to the top, less than half way. It rang up to $2.66 cents. That's when the drive thru attendant began to argue with me about what 'kind' of coffee it is that I ordered and deleted the already rang up order and replaced it with for a Macchiato, insisting that this was indeed what I was ordering. Raising the price by two dollars. I asked her to explain and she stated that it was a double espresso with oat milk and that it needed to be charged that way. I pressed the fact that a macchiato also comes with additional sweeteners that I didn't want. She continued with an argumentative attitude. I tried to defend my order further by asking how it was fair that she was trying to up-charge me for the coffee that I didn't want. She replied with more attitude, so I asked to speak to someone else, she then sneered "I am the manager and this is how it's being charged". After that I realized that this person has been past reason from the start, so I decided to drive away. If I could rate zero stars, I would."
"I get the same order every day almost a Medium Mocha Frozen coffee with no whip cream on the app and every time it's never made the same they either don't add the chocolate syrup, it's melted already, and lastly they overfill it to the point you get it all over yourself, my last one looked like disgusting spoiled cream on top it was disgusting , never drank it went to another dunkin instead which is sad. I have bought wake up wraps that were either under cooked or overcooked barely ever cooked right. They are always rushing you and never offer napkins or out them in your bag of food, pure laziness. I notice while training new employees the manager is always very much rude and degrading as if they're training a child and I notice this and see the embarrassed faces of the new employee and feel so bad they're being treated in such a way. This place is a mess. And can't ever hold employees because of bad management. Things need to change , I've worked at Dunkins in the past and it's sad they're never changed no matter which one your at in any town."
