"The drive-through is a joke, and the woman at the register was on her phone, and I asked why it was taking so long and she told me they were backed up. Sometimes I wonder if it’s easier to go inside but no I’ve tried. West Wareham Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke."

"Worth going instead of dunks on tremont… if you want donuts or anything baked go in the morning, they run out OFTEN but no worries they do go service make the stuff right with the taps in there too its a nice spot. Got some plugs and stuff too if you need to work"

"Wish I saw the reviews first but they are correct. Worst customer service. The tall older tall darker gentleman was so so rude when I asked for more almond milk in my coffee he snatched it from me.. I feel bad for the younger girl that had to work with him be she was so nice. Came here 11/2 at 1:15pm. Waste of money and time I'll be contacting corporate office."

"Avoid this store like terminal cancer. It kills you, your time, and your mood. Afternoon Sunday crew was extremely rude. They literally had none of the food I mobile ordered and told me I had to wait and come back the next day to receive a refund. All while raising their voices at me acting like I was in the wrong. To the manager here - either train your employees how to do the proper functions or find employees who can perform the proper functions. Taking a customers money and not providing a product and/or service is not only wrong, it’s against the law."

"This is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been to. The customer service, terrible. The food quality… terrible. The coffee…. terrible. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place as they put 0 effort into their craft. I also hope I never have to step food into this establishment again. Truly disappointing to learn that this is the type of quality dunkin finds acceptable."
