"We had a birthday party for 2 people and total of 14 guests. This was our 1st time at Carmela's in Kingston. The service was excellent from making reservations to celebrating with a large table on a Saturday evening. The food was great from the appetizer and entrées. We brought a cake that they held for us and served. Everyone was very happy with the food choices and all was served hot and delicious. Would absolutely go there again. Easy to get to as it is located right off route 3 exit. The only issue is the parking lot is very small."

"Last nights eggplant special was amazing. I asked for the name of the dish and was told the chef hadn't given it a name. This was so good that I truly wish it would be added to the regular menu. As always the aroncini was crunchy and melt in your mouth delicious. The chicken piccata was the perfect combination of flavors. I also have to add that Katie our waitress had a great personality and really made our dining experience outstanding."

"This place is great! Decided to stop here for dinner around 8:00 on a Friday night. Even though it looked a bit busy, we were able to be seated right away. The service was excellent and timely, everyone working there was friendly and helpful. We ordered the mussels scampi as an appetizer, then had homemade pasta and the special stuffed sole for our entrees. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Convenient location, lots of parking, open late, great food, good ambience... I can't find a fault with this place. Will definitely be coming back!"
