Panera Bread

"While I've enjoyed a number of the other soups I've had at Panera, the French onion soup was less than satisfying when compared to similarly priced offerings at other establishments in the area. I wouldn't go out of my way for this particular soup—stick with the classics like Mac and Cheese or even the serviceable chowder over this menu item."

"They charged me twice the manager 'assured' me he'd credit my account but NEVER did. I wrote to Panera Customer Care and was told they'd 'review' my case and in 30 days I could possibly see a refund - from what I've seen from them thus far I'm not counting on it. NEVER ORDER ONLINE from them better yet to be safe just, never go there. Terrible consumer experience and the food isn't good either...."

"Me and a few friends including two females were being stared at in a creepy manner by two high school aged males, and upon reporting it to I presume the manager, he simply asked if they were done with their food. They proceeded to continue to stare at us through the window from outside in the same creepy manner, following us as we left, and one even had an issue going on in his pants, which I will not mention on here. When an issue like that happens, those two should have been made to leave the restaurant. I love Panera bread and their food, and their staff are usually wonderful, but now I feel I cannot go to this location, especially with female guests. I was incredibly disappointed and frankly angered by the inaction by the employee that responded to the issue. While nothing necessarily illegal happened, we should be able to eat our food in peace without harrassment"

"Mmm... delicious ☆ I knew with perseverance I would be able to find a Panera that had breakfast items available after 11am. And this Panera did!! The service was great, food prepared promptly and fresh. Its evident prices have increased everywhere: $44.39 for two oatmeals, 1 breakfast sandwich, 1 bagel and cream cheese and 3 OJ's. All were great tasting though."

"The food is delicious! The menu does have creative specialties like their grilled mac and cheese sandwich. It was scrumptious! Yesterday, I tried their new Thai Chicken Soup, and it was very good! The soup is mildly spicy because they put curry in it. The employees are very friendly and helpful!"
