"older women with dark hair at the window handed us a drink with a loose lid and spilled all over the car. instead of giving us napkins and offering us a new drink or even apologizing she proceeds to say "absolutely not" when I showed her the empty cup and shut the window, didn't even hand us the rest of our food either. Extremely rude and should not be working with customers. How about a free detail for the inside of my car and maybe some respect."

"Ordered a dozen donuts and a Large hot Cappuccino with 3 Caramel and Whole milk. I received two half-half dozen boxes and neither were sealed closed (which is fine, I’ll do the work for you I guess). The cappuccino was MARKED for 1 caramel and there wasn’t even a drop of caramel in it. I watched the barista pour the milk into the cup and proceed to not stir the beverage. So you bet I’m going to open that cup up and stir that myself right in front of you using (wasting) a straw in the process; again, doing the work for you. POV: I used to work for Dunkins on-and-off for 10 years and therefore am a little critical about how products are served to the customers; I believe every customer should be served and treated as if they tipped over $1 (I tipped about $2.50 this visit) You bet if I happen to come back I won’t be tipping a penny and that’s a shame because other crew members will be affected by that current crews‘ short-comings. I was tight on time and couldn’t risk waiting longer for my drink to be fixed. Grade: D+ …At least they didn’t serve the hot cappuccino in an iced beverage cup."

"Went through the drive-thru today 9/30 around 12pm. The 2 women working the window seemed annoyed to even be there. They messed up 3 of the 4 items on what should be a very simple order. Only 1 item got corrected before we left due to not checking. I ordered an xlg regular hot coffee, a cool mint tea with 2 splenda, a strawberry frosted donut, and a pesto sandwich with bacon. The only thing they got correct was the coffee. The tea had no splenda, the sandwich had no bacon, and they gave me the incorrect donut for my daughter (this was the only item I caught before leaving). I HIGHLY recommend just skipping this dunks altogether. Between the mess ups and the attitude you receive it's not worth going to."
