Panera Bread

"Who ever is in charge of operations here should be absolutely embarrassed. I showed up on a Saturday and placed an order via their kiosk at around 1pm. The kiosk stated that I would recieve a text when my food was ready. Similar to other Panera locations they have an electronic board to show you where your order is. I did not see my name listed. In speaking with other patrons, their names were also not listed (confirmed that they either ordered by the same kiosk or from the person at the counter). It seemed like the board was only displaying orders made via the app. I began to look around and noticed that most every table did not have food, and the amount of people waiting around the pick up counter was growing and those people were getting frustrated. I noticed at least 3 different customers ask the staff preparing food where their order was. It was apparent that the staff was overwhelmed and under prepared for the lunch rush. Once my wait time got to 30 minutes, I went to the register to get refunded. It took them a minute to find the order because so many orders had come after and I noticed a couple of others followed my lead after to get refunded. This franchise location needs better management, better training, and potentially more staff at busy hours. If you know there is going to be a longer than normal wait, they should be able to communicate that to their customers. Ended up going across the street to Wendy's and having hot food less than 2 minutes after placing my order."

"Worst " grilled cheese" sandwich ever. Served on ultra processed super thick Texas toast type bread that is barely toasted,not grilled. Just gross and a ripoff. The tomato soup was edible but bland. It was a very expensive lunch for my family and I to have less than mediocre food. The redeeming factor was sitting next to the fireplace."

"Ordered food for the first time and I got the Asian chicken salad but as I took a bite the chicken was SLIMY…!! And smelled like rotten meat I looked through the salad and all the chicken was bad I called to let them know just to be told I was lying then when I offered to bring it back and show them the spoiled meat he talked to me like a loser DO BETTER PANERA YOUR COMPANY IS SELLING ROTTEN CHICKEN…!!! The service was good but the food was terrible"

"Order the cheddar broccoli mac and cheese and a tuna salad sandwich when I went to get my order they had given me regular mac and cheese I asked the gentleman if this cheddar Mac n cheese he said yes I tried it and brought to the front counter and the pretty lady that smells really nice at the counter with the ponytail hanging out her hat said this is not what you ordered and she didn't hesitate and got me a new bowl and let me keep the old one as well. Love this place very nice but the guy serving the food said my order was right but when I asked he never even looked down at me or my food. So may teach him a little bit about eye contact and not assuming he's always right. Not a big deal but could loose business because of stuff like this. Oh my sandwich had 10 onions on 1 half amd 12 on the other half."
