"The manager here with blonde hair often wearing her whopper jacket is outright unprofessional , I work close to this location and sometime place online orders to make it more efficient and convenient for myself . Every time I place an order here they mess it up , either forgetting something , not giving me the sauce I paid for. I was told I could only use one coupon the whole day . To my knowledge I believe it's one coupon per transaction. She needs to be replaced with someone who actually knows what they're doing and knows burger kings policy ."

"Delicious hearty food. But, they are guaranteed to mess up. The food is good and all, but when I order a plain cheeseburger, I get a cheeseburgers with ketchup. Sometimes they completely forger an item yet still charge you. But the food is fast and convenient. I recommend this over Mc Donald's. Stick with the small orders in this place though, since the large orders are probably gonna get screwed up. This happens with the online orders most of the time."

"This burger king staffed needs to be trained on how to treat customers. Also, they can't seem to get to orders right. Something is always missing. The food is cold, etc... Wendys next door is 10 times better."

"I got two happy meals . One was good the second they forgot the chicken and looks like half the fries were gone . My burger was covered in Mayo I asked for no Mayo !! They are also asking names now I don't know when that started but give me a break. You're not taking reservations you do not need my name just do your job . You can't remember to put chicken in a bag when the order is chicken and fries how the hell do you forget the chicken that's pathetic. Forget names and start focusing on actually doing your job . The food was horrible !!! I will never visit this location again . I wish I could give this no stars but that's not an option"

"I’m going 4 star because the 2 initial original chicken sandwiches I ordered were warm but soggy and the lettuce was soft. I brought them back and the manager was super polite and got them hot and fresh for me. The store and bathrooms were very clean so that and the good attitude bumped the score up to 4."
