"I used to eat here all the time pre-covid. I thought it was well managed and very clean. First visit in years. Bad experience. There was no body at the front counter at 6 pm. on a Saturday. 5 minutes passed before I started to ask for help. 15-minute wait for a screwed up order. The store needs a good cleaning and more light. It was dim in there. Sad to see this happening. Good luck, I won't be back for more."

"Placed an online order they made it wrong. One employee trying explain whats wrong with the item person who made it has no idea. Than they threw it in garbage with showing attitude made it again. Than a random guy walks in(picture attached) probably employee whos not on the job or someone they know. Start making his food without washing hand and WITHOUT GLOVES touching everything. Very bad attitude from the employee. Would've given 0 star if possible."

"Ordered online, came into the store when order was complete. Waited almost 15min for someone to acknowledge my existence to get my order sitting on a shelf behind the counter. They need to pay attention to people in the store not just drive thru."

"I went to this Taco bell restaurant hoping to get some tacos. but instead got poor service. first, I decided to try to go inside to the dining room to order my food, but all the doors were locked, and it seemed like they were having a party inside. Then I preceded to the drive thru to order and the person at the drive thru speaker could not understand what I was saying. after that when I drove to the second window the gentleman who was there did not seem to understand me and actually seemed rude. sense we did not get the correct order the gentleman told me to drive back around to the drive thru again to place another order. As I checked in the bag of food, I received it seemed like the Tacos were just thrown into the bag which broke them. Which I never ordered crunchy shell tacos and received them instead of getting soft shell tacos like I ordered. Overall, my experience at this Danvers location could have not been worse than it already was. I would not recommend the Danvers location to anyone and will not be returning to this location to eat ever again."
