"Mediocre food, took almost 2 hours to be delivered blocks away. We kept calling and they said they were waiting for the driver who was “almost back.” Finally delivered it but didn’t tell us so by the time I checked the door it was 10 mins later and everything was cold. Food was dry. Also they are having an identity crisis and this is Bella Mia - super confusing. Huge waste of money. Will not be returning."

"Their steak & cheese subs are GREAT. When they show up. Delivery has never once been on time AND delivery drivers will not let you know if food arrives so make sure you keep an eye out. If you cannot make deliveries in any sort of a timely manner, just don’t offer delivery ): currently on almost hour two of waiting for my order with 0 response from restaurant, will be asking for a refund ASAP and hopefully finding a new place I love"

"DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This pizza is absolutely disgusting, they wayyyyy over charge $21.00 (i wouldn't mind paying that if it was a good pie) buy they use garbage ingredients. Barely any dough thinest pizza I've ever seen, I couldn't even see any sauce on pizza, garbage cheese, super greasy, Half of my pizza wasn't even cut. Then their " breadsticks " Grossest thing I've ever seen in my life, it was burnt dried out pizza dough with dried garlic seasonings sprinkled all over it, they couldn't even take the time to brush it with some olive oil, or throw some cheese on top, and they charge $16.00 pluss tax for it (same price as a normal pizza) BY FAR THE WORST TAKE OUT I'VE EVER ORDERED. Wish i could leave zero stars. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FRANCESCOS, THE MONEY YOU ARE CHARGING FOR THIS GARABGE, WASN'T EVEN EDIBLE I THREW EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH!!!!"

"Ordered pizza and wings here. The pizza wasn’t bad, just very greasy. The wings however were absolutely disgusting. 20$ for 12 wings is already a bit much but especially when you’re giving me that gross of food. They were breaded which was weird to begin with but they had almost no meat whatsoever. It was like breaded fat, it was disgusting. I don’t know how you managed to get “wings” like that but I recommend no one ever get them."

"The food sure is good, but nearly 2 hours after we ordered our $50 pizza order arrived stone cold. Reached out to the restaurant multiple times while we were waiting and they just kept saying "5 minutes" which was not true even once. Love their food, I wish they could sort out the delivery side of the business."
