"This is quite possibly the worst DD in the entire south coast of Massachusetts. The staff are extremely rude, especially the blonde lady with glasses. This review isn't based on a one time event, it's based on the last 10 weeks of horrible service... But this last time was the crescendo. We were the only people in line to order coffees and quick food prior to our son's soccer game at the field next door. We arrived at 815a to order (game started at 830a). We stood in line for 10mins before our order was taken. Our son ran to his game. Then we waited for nearly 20mins for our food. When we got our food they had forgotten the avocado toast. I asked about it, the blonde employee said we are really backed up. Keep in mind, we were the only people there. And now there was a line of coffee getters. I said lady we have been waiting for 20mins for donuts, hash browns and avocado toast, and are now late to our sons game (I know that's not her problem, but). Her response ... I don't know what to tell you, maybe you should have left 20mins earlier. I'll never go back there. And don't even get me started on how absolutely filthy the storefront and food prep areas are!"

"worker named tiffany has forgotten to make my order on 3 separate occasions, and once just flat out gave it to another customer without even calling out the order. she also was not wearing her mask correctly, nose left uncovered. do something about her, awful employee, should be fired."

"This location is TERRIBLE. I've given this location chance after chance after chance.. and they ALWAYS take absolutely forever if you're getting food... The only 2 good people there are the much older gentleman and the nice skinny blonde girl (Both are efficient and very kind). but anyone else? hell they may not even MAKE IT FOR YOU AT ALL. I stood there waiting for my food for a whole 10 MINUTES, watching people that came in well after me, get their food and leave. No one asked me if I was all set.. if I was waiting for something.. nothing.. I had to call out to someone to ask if my food had maybe already been made and someone could have taken it by mistake? THEN they tried to tell me I was never charged for my food (THAT I PAID FOR AND WAS HOLDING THE RECEIPT FOR) Then once they realized it was THEIR mistake I GOT NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER, the girl quite literally threw me my food in the bag and walked away. I'm very nice and patient when I come here, but this was the last straw.. These employees need a reboot. Their ability to provide ANY type of customer service is an EXTREMELY laughable joke. I've been patient enough to keep trying with this location for close to 7 months... This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll also be calling corporate to follow up this review."
