"I'm not one to want to eat in my car, or pick up at a drive thru and head home to eat. I like the food at Sonic and the staff is always pleasant. I think it's time to reopen the dining room for those of us that enjoy dining in at fast food restaurants. The dining room closed during the height of the COVID pandemic due to the emergency mandates. Those mandates have long been lifted and Sonic still hasn't opened their dining room."

"Love using the app for deals especially for iced caramel coffees and breakfast items. I like that I can customize My coffee how I like it and pick up. Much better value than some other expensive coffee places."

"Cold wet bottle of water was packed in the bag directly on top of the fries. I asked why and was completely ignored and sent on my way with an emphatic " have a nice day". I called and they did swap them out for hot ones, but didn't appreciate the attitude. Seems reasonable to not want to eat cold wet fries."

"I went through the drive-thru the first thing you notice there's two lanes it definitely makes things move faster .. my fries were great.. the kids meal fries were like rubber.. my food was hot the kids meal food was cold as ice . When I'm at fast food places I try to go during the lunchtime Rush so I know the food is at least going to be at least warm . The kids meal was horrible for both kids . We ended up taking them to a different restaurant . Through the food in the trash."

"I got cheated! 2 chicken nuggets and no ranch sauce and then I called to tell them about this problem that I had and the lady hanged up on me and then I called again to ask to speak to the manger and she just hanged up also my cheeseburger was very dry worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's workers look like bums there clothes have wrinkles like the the cheeseburgers and then my friend also tried to call them and they hang up on her worst fast food Burger King from now on #ReviewFromKarenJuniorsFollowOnTikTok."
