"My meal was delicious, but the quality of service I received was unacceptable. Despite the unambiguous description that potatoes are included with the breakfast sandwich, the young man who attended to me as a guest reluctantly gave me the potatoes while being argumentative with me about the menu and what he understands is included. He was unprofessional, and his level of service did not match the high quality of service I otherwise received from the hotel's staff for the duration of my stay. I hope the food and beverage manager takes corrective action so future guests do not experience similar poor service in the future."
"I ate breakfast here while staying at the Intercontinental. My omelet was delicious and the attentiveness of the waitstaff was great. I thought the breakfast was fairly priced as well - I spent a little over $20 for the meal pictured."
"This is an upscale hotel restaurant. The price point is comparable to the room costs. That said, the service was okay. The food was appetizing and tasty, what could be eaten. The pancakes were not fully cooked and couldn't be finished as the middle was still raw batter. The "seasonal" fruit was not ripe and there was actually mold on some of it. It was in a beautiful area of the building overlooking the harbor. It was overall a pleasant experience, but not one we felt we needed to duplicate."
"Excellent breakfast at the InterContinental! I got the breakfast sandwich that had bacon, egg, and cheese in it and it was great. The breakfast potatoes were also well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back here for a casual breakfast because they are consistent and I know exactly what I'm getting!"
"Fantastic service by Stephen! We had the 3 course Restaurant Week meal for $46. I loved the crab cake, lemon sole, and berries. I had to be dairy free. We will return here. Fabulous time with my girlfriends!"
