Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Unbelievably consistent poor performance here. I’ve been in multiple times and have seen “online orders only” written on a sign in the door. So that’s what I do now and only a couple times has my order been on time. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Last night I was amongst online order customers who all waited in excess of an hour for their food. Meanwhile, at least 50 customers in an hour walked right in, ordered at the counter, and were out within 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Sides for online orders promised at 7 pm were given to walk-ins at 8 pm, then online orders were left without sides people paid for. Maybe hold off on the walk-in orders until the delayed orders are fulfilled? Just a suggestion. Aside from the kid working the register doing his best from preventing a riot breaking out (he was actually polite and hard working), the staff was listless. This place is in total need of overhaul and capable management. Good luck to this franchise, probably a hundred people received refunds via the app ( I tried it out and it worked, then told everyone waiting) last night and won’t be back, including me."

"Unfortunately, this location has gradually gotten worse. Today I walked in and it was online orders only. Even when telling the customers coming in, the staff member was very rude "didn't you see the sign" not everyone is tech savvy. The agua frescas looked anything but fresh. Watered down soda, and they are usually not that tidy. I would say stay away if you can. Medford store is much better."

"Good Chipotle overall. I’ve been noticing though this is the second one in a week I’ve had problems at the soda machine, staff is dropping the ball on this one. Portions are not as generous as most Chipotles."

"I stopped going here a year ago because the place is a disaster and the service is terrible. But recently stopped in because Qdoba was too far out of the way and family wanted something similar. Guacamole was gray, so gross and that was supposed to be fresh ADTER I asked if they had anymore, when they were going to give me dry dirty bottom avocado that would make anyone want to puke! They were scraping the bottom to give me a portion. Skipped on the guac. Never have I ever seen any Qdoba like this! I will just shut up and let these recent photos speak for themselves!"

"Bad bad. Every order we place in person or Uber eats it’s always wrong. People doesn’t have any respect for your business and looks like the don’t really care. Missing food or poor food."
