Always order from Hong Kong express! When you schedule a pick up time just expect to be waiting about 10-15 minutes for it."

"We always get the luncheon or dinner special with the Egg Foo Yong. They give you 2 pieces and put the gravy on the side. Always fresh and excellent. Sometimes, the wait is a little long, but it's totally worth it."
"My family’s been living in Saugus for 20+ years. We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong express since they open! Never not once had an issue! Until today, we ordered a PuPu plater for 3, the delivery is always quick with them and never an issue, we pay, get the food bring it inside, open the bag and pull everything out, we notice we’re missing a few items that normally come in the meal. So I call to let them know and they lady is hesitant and tells me “send picture” to the number she spells out to me. I send picture of the food and she texts me back saying “girl put order right” I wasn’t asking for money back just wanted the items we were missing. Never got our food, never got a response. Told them we were good with there services. Couldn’t believe they didn’t help us. Food is great but customer service is horrible."
