"Where do I start? AMAZING !!!!!! There aren't even enough words to express how much I enjoyed my experience here. I could go on all day but for the sake of time and for the readers browsing this, I will try to keep it brief. This place is a true hidden gem. The food is epic, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the owner (Rob) and his mom (Maria) are outstanding people and the best of hosts. I enjoyed delicious food and a nice chat with Mamma Maria. For a second I was transported back in time and could have been sitting in my nonna's kitchen. Mind you, I am part Sicilian and I know what good food is, and this IS IT, trust me. The gravy (sauce) was out of this world and I was able to eat the beyond tender veal parmigiana with just a fork. I never even needed the knife (but it was provided). The pasta was homemade and the best I have ever had. Mamma Maria makes the arancini, and again, the best ever. Perfectly tender and savory inside and crispy and delicious on the outside. I would go back just for these alone. The cannoli was better than anything you get in the North End. Plenty of ricotta on the ends (just how I like it) and a soft, light, and delectable shell. Mamma Maria even threw in a complimentary homemade cookie she had made and it was awesome, like everything I enjoyed there. I cannot wait to go back for the Saturday Tripe. I hear it's a hit. The restaurant industry is very tough, I have friends in the business, and it requires long hours and plenty of hard work. Business owners are dealing with the same inflation-induced high costs that we experience at the grocery stores. Everyone is struggling. Rob not only provides excellent quality food at a reasonable price but he treats you like a guest in his home and takes every measure to ensure that you have a stellar experience. You get a true sense that he appreciates and values your patronage (a rarity these days). This guy has created the whole package in his business. If you do not try this one of a kind spot, you are doing a great disservice to yourself. In these uncertain times, it is of paramount importance to support small local businesses and this one is so deserving of our support. PLEASE go in and see Rob and Mamma Maria. Show them some love and support. I promise you, you will be glad you did. By the way, my very reasonable plate of veal parmigiana will yield 3 meals. Thank you Rob and Mamma Maria for such an unforgettable day. I look forward to seeing you both on February 18th. Your new friend and fellow Sicilian.. Michael J"

"Food was very good. Chicken soup and sicilian pizza are excellent. Sicilian sub was great but could have used more meat, especially for what it costs. Would have preferred that both of us were served at the same time."

"One of the best subs I've ever had. Food, service and atmosphere made me feel like I was visiting family. Rob and his family really care about the food they're making and the people they're serving and it shows."

"What an AMAZING experience. We traveled up and down the NE coast, tried all kinds of cuisine and went to several levels of establishments and this TRULY made our trip! The owner and his mother welcomed us as if we were their own and treated us to some of the best, most authentic Sicilian food of our lives. We had the caprese salad, the Sicilian sub, the matzo ball soup and a cannoli. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant, the service, and the food. We will be back!!!"
