"I ordered my coffee at 530am on the dunkin app for walk in. I do this because the drive thur at this location is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Probably because the lady working there at this time is to busy talking and complaining about her life to the other employees there. I know this to be the case because as I said i walk in 99% of the time and this is what she is doing. Maybe if she just stopped talking and did her job when there atmre customers there this wouldn't be the case. However I get to the store at 535am door is locked with no sign on the door and I can see the workers inside. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I could see if she was the only one working but this is not the case this morning. So now I have to go thru the drive which just happens to have 2 cars in front of me so you would think it would be quick. Nope 5:43am I get my coffee. Yes. My coffee thats it! 13 minutes to get a coffee using the dunkins app. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous."
