"I'm beside myself at how the female (heavy foreign accent) at the drive-thru window was yelling at (yes, she was actually yelling) and continually berating the young man who was also at the drive thru window and is there clearly in training. I was at the window for probable 3-4 minutes and literally the entire time she just kept scolding him over and over and yelling at him so demeaning. He was very obviously embarrassed and couldn't even speak to me or look at me, and I actually don't blame him. What kind of trainers do you have? I hope she's not a manager because THAT would be a shame! This woman should be reprimanded, certainly re-trained on how to treat people like human beings, or maybe just fired. Horrible...."

"I have never waited so long in a drive through line before. Ordered online to grab some food "quickly" while on my dinner break from work and have been in line for 25 minutes before I even have gotten to the speaker. I really don't understand how it takes so long to make "fast" food. The people running this place need to hand the keys over to someone more competent because this ain't it."

I order 4 for $4, they ask if I want medium or Large, I say I want small, they say we don’t have small, so I choose medium because i was forced too, and I get charged extra. 4 for $4 is $4.28 with tax, not $4.92. If for some weird reason you somehow actually ran out of the regularly advertised price and portion, post it somewhere or fix your menu"
