"If I could zero stars I absolutely would the rug is filthy. 4 people working and nobody was at the register. Waited 15 to 20 minutes just to put in an order. The employees seem miserable. Bathroom was disgusting. I'd never go there again. Absolutely atrocious"
"As soon as I walked in, my order was taken. I had the chicken wings and two slices of pepperoni pizza. The chicken wing had a nice exterior crunch to the with the extra flavor I had from the honey mustard sauce. Th two slices of pizza were hot a fresh out of the oven mmmmm good. I will be back for more."
"Placed order, came in and i am being told to wait another 40 minutes? Whoever owns this, you need to look at your operation. There was a line of ~10 people, and there were 3 workers not moving at all. Not sure if training is needed, or you need a regional manager to stand here and monitor this place. Look at my other reviews, i am not a complainer. Another gentleman was left on the phone for 20 minutes on hold and he came in with the phone still on hold. Multiple people walked out. I can't ask for a refund or walk out because there is one on the front on cashier. Also everyone is avoiding eye contact...."
"Short of waiting 20 minutes over for my online order time that was scheduled for pick-up... arrived at the store to wait! Not what expected for an online order... after getting pass that hurdle my pizza was good! I live out of state and make it a point to stop here... won't let the wait skew my review-- just need that to be a one-off!"
