"I gave the service and atmosphere 5 stars even though I ordered from Uber eats so I couldn’t really rate those. Just seemed rude to give it 1 star or something if I never even witnessed it but anyway I digress. I ordered the super super burrito (rice, black beans etc) thinking it was two burritos and man was I wrong hahaha. It was a HUGE burrito like the size of a mini baseball bat you could club a small child with this thing but that was fine with me, it took me the whole day to finish it with the chips but man was it GOOD. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu but if you want a good burrito get what I got (doesn’t need to be a super super though) also the price was really good!"
"Despite the overall two stars I'm giving I want to say the portions are good and the food always tastes fresh and I don't have anything against the employees. My two stars and extreme disappointment comes from Anna's recently increasing the base price of their Mexican bowls from $8.30 to $11.50, or by 38.5% as of January 8th, 2024 with nothing added to the product, and it no longer feels like a fair price. This was a place that I ordered from regularly, at least once every single week, and I will not support a business that does this to their customers. I hope whoever in the management that is responsible sees this and knows that their greed has cost them. There are likely other stealth price increases too, be vigilant and pay attention to your receipts."
"Go for: Accessible, somewhat "Americanized" Mexican food. Avoid if: You're looking for an establishment where the management doesn't assume they will get business solely based on the location, and cares about the sanitation of the seating area and the attitude and training of employees. Something surprising: The staff was poorly trained, and had to get three people involved to complete the order entry. Reservation needed? No, counter service. Overall Experience: 2/5. A frustrating and disappointing experience. If you were expecting some well-prepared Mexican food, visit another establishment a few blocks away on Staniford Street. Overpriced and frankly, pretty unprofessional operation, at least that day. Value for Price: 2 Sanitation: 2 Food Quality: 2 Menu Precision: 3 Service Quality: 1 Timing: 3 Decor: 1 Access: 4 — 5 among the best 4 strong 3 not too bad 2 mediocre 1 never again"
"Mid-tier taqueria experience with decent food and drinks. Anna’s Taqueria has been a reliable spot for Mexican bowls when I don’t have enough time to travel to other areas for my favorite taquerias in Boston. It doesn’t aim to be the best in town, but it is still a solid option for lunch and quick dinner. From the variety of meat options, the birria and steak roja are my favorites. Although they come with an extra charge, its worth the upgrade. The birria, a slow-roasted beef, is very tender and fatty, which pairs well with other fresh vegetable toppings. Steak Roja comes with a bit of a kick, but offers a more flavorful bite. Their Horchata, served in an impressively large size at an affordable price, tends to lean on the milder side. It might not be the most authentic version, but as a refreshing drink that’s an alternative to the usual soda, it does its job."
"Where I am: @Annas Taqueria . Location Reviewed: 242 Cambridge St, Boston, MA 02114 . Menu Includes: Salad bowl, Mexican bowl, burrito . Items Reviewed; Chicken salad - DELICIOUS I tried their salad bowl with chicken. Their portions are big and will fill you up. If you’re getting the burrito, you can also size up! The salad was good, the rice and chicken could be better tho. For someone who is conscious about their diet, this place fits the bill. . Customer Service: On Point!! . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking:Rough . Recommendations: the bowl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=LOVE IT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕=LIKE IT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=DELICIOUS ⭐️⭐️⭐️=DECENT ⭐️⭐️=PASS ⭐️=NAH"
