We met these ladies who were sat next to us and we became friends !! Music was great, the tiramisu is to DIE for. Definitely recommend this place"

"I went to Joia for a business dinner a few weeks ago and will be sure to return soon! The food was absolutely delicious: simple, classic, flavorful Italian dishes with rich flavor and fresh ingredients. The octopus (appetizer) and Lobster Tagliatelle (entree) were the highlights, but everything looked and tasted great. We also tried the special Crab fettuccine and it was spectacular. The service was prompt and friendly from the moment we arrived, even for our relatively large table it was a fantastic experience!"

"Outstanding service!!!!! This restaurant is beautiful the set up they have is nice. We had a party of 13 and they knocked it out of the park. Our server was amazing name was Salvador made our experience even better always making sure are glasses were full drinks are amazing I might add. Appetizers were awesome food was so fresh and delicious. The main course was amazing I myself had the steak and man oh man what a steak it was I recommend it so delicious everyone was so happy. Also it was my buddy’s birthday and they brought out a nice dessert with ice cream and they put on some awesome music complete with flashing lights and all lol. Just want to say thank you to all the staff involved in making my buddy’s night wit my there amazing service THANK YOU!!!!!"

"I took my husband to this place for his birthday and was extremely disappointed. I had made a reservation and specifically mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday. However, upon arrival, they tried to seat us at a high table near the entrance. I voiced my complaint and we were moved to another table. Unfortunately, this table was in a high traffic area where staff and customers kept bumping into me. Plus, the high round table was not comfortable for dining. Our waiter, Diego, was very pleasant and we had no issues with his service. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara which turned out to be overly greasy and had a strong pork flavor, my husband's dish was satisfactory but could have been improved. When it came to dessert, we ordered tiramisu. I was under the impression that they would acknowledge my husband's birthday by writing 'Happy Birthday' on his plate as a special gesture, but that did not happen. They simply put a plain candle on the dessert. I noticed another table celebrating a birthday where the staff brought out lights and sang 'Happy Birthday'. In terms of value for money, this place is expensive and the food quality is not up to the mark. The restaurant is also quite cramped. Overall, it was a wasted evening as we could have chosen a much better restaurant for this special occasion."

"Food was delicious!!!!!! Carmen, our waitress was nice but very soft spoken with a strong accent , which was hard for us to hear and understand her. On top of that the service was extremely slow because she was the only waitress. Which was very frustrating for us. But want to charge us an automatic 20% gratuity. Plus 3.5% kitchen appreciation fees. We order a drink that had mold on the garnish. “ disgusting” … But overall the food was delicious!!!!"
