"The old man at the counter is very ignorant! He must be the owner, if not, he's costing them business!! I asked him to tell the cook that my ribs were dry and tough last time and I wanted them cooked and marinated correctly THIS time. He said nothing to the cook and when my food was ready it was not to my liking. Ribs were fatty and egg roll was overcooked. The rude old man tells me "we have to make the food the same for everyone". Huh?? Why the heck didn't you say that BEFORE you took my money and I told you how I wanted it?? Anyway, my money was returned and I left! I had been a customer for over 25 years!!! Not anymore! This restaurant can kick rocks!!!"

"So... I ordered crab rangoons. First impression was that maybe they were freezer burned? Undercooked? But then realized... They were filled with not crab, or even cream cheese, but mozzarella. They are selling cheese empanadas as crab rangoons."

"FOR $20 I received some brown meat that was suppose to be “general gaus chicken” but it was more like frozen orange chicken from the grocery store.The plate is so small that you can’t even go back for seconds.On top of everything the older man at the register was very rude.Even the Spanish guy in the back that was cooking shook his head because of the man’s nasty attitude.NEVER AGAIN"

"Guy in the back has no gloves on. One phone in one hand and cutting raw peppers with the other on a cutting board that also had raw meat. Chicken fingers are in a white bucket by the dusty window sill. Watch what you eat. Imperial has a different meaning in this “Kitchen”."
