"Fred does the best BBQ around, and the proprietary beef burgers are amazing!"
"This is super cute. Small bar and dining area but nicely decorated and quaint. Our server was kind and fun. I ordered the full rack of ribs. They are awesome! Such good flavor and fall of the bone! Would highly recommend. For a Sunday night, they were pretty busy. I'd get ribs again next visit!"
"We love Bootleg! The staff are super friendly and fun to be around. It's clean and comfortable, and the service is fast. The barbecue is great- super tender and moist.. we love the sauce, it's a great balance of smoke, heat, and sweetness. Their Mac n cheese is to die for and they make really good burgers too. They have a decent beer selection and just got a liquor license too!"
"What a cute little restaurant. We went for lunch on our way thru town and it was delicious hot and fresh. All of the meat was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend you stop in for a bite to eat!"
"Tried Bootleg BBQ for the 1st time. Cozy environment. Really nice staff. Good service. Sampled a couple menu items. Was very happy to start off with a Shiner Bock. Flying pig cider was a little too dry for me. The fried pickles were good. The bacon cheese burger was very good. Came with fries and they were good as well. Mack and cheese was good. Not overly impressed with the Cole slaw or corn bread. I think they should tweak those two items. Had high hopes for the baby back ribs. Definitely come dry and have a natural smoke flavor. Felt that the BBQ sauce was some what necessary. Place was busy, visited during peak weekend hours. Place isn't huge so the wait was over an hour. We got lucky and grabbed a seat at the bar to save time. Always a bonus when you have ribs and can end with a wet napkin. I wish them luck."
