"Person who sat us was so rude that I couldn’t even stay with my kids after sitting, tried to have table changed 1 minute after sitting and was told angrily “we’re not switching tables after you’ve been seated”(2 open booths with no one waiting) Appalled, I grabbed my kids and made my wait out to which the hostess waved a hand at me a says “have a good day” with an attitude. I was a regular but I’ll never be back."

"I had gone to Kathy's for years and they were our number 1 place to go for breakfast. I ordered to go about a year ago and was disappointed. The food was not the same. It was not good and the potatos were not cooked and no seasoning. The staff was not very pleasant either. Recently, I decided to give them another chance. I called a few times with no answer. I figured they were busy so I waited a bit and tried again. They picked up the phone and hung up on me twice. I worked in the industry so I understand to some degree. I never ever hung up or didn't answer the phone. That is not good business. Unfortunately I will never go back to them and will not recommend them to anyone."
