"Surprised for the 4.1 stars. The salad and the toasted ravioli were good thankfully because their Bolognese both looked & tasted like Chef Boy Ar Dee - no joke! AND My husband who does not complain brought his swordfish n shrimp home.. I thought he just filled up on appetizer and salad but I got it out of him that it was old and tasted terrible. I actually loved the unique newberg style sauce & linguine. overall, two thumbs down on food. The service: I reluctantly gave an 18% tip. Screwed up my order and then whisked my food away instead of just bringing me a new order.. she said it would be only a few minutes … and I was hungry! 15 full minutes later And my husband was all done, and my meal came out!!!! If we hadn’t ordered the appetizers, I’d have been pissed enough to speak with a manager then and there. There’s a lot a restaurant can do to make up for an epic fail — so aside from the food review, I do blame the server for not insisting that the restaurant at least comp us for the side order of Bolognese sauce that they screwed up. They could have at least given us a dessert or some other gesture for screwing up our special lunch date. - Beautiful restaurant but will not be going back. The bill was $71 and gave a tip of $12 (again, reluctantly) — late lunch early dinner."

"We absolutely love it here. Every single one of the staff is amazing and the service is impeccable. We’ve created a family by coming here so often and they truly treat you as one of their own. If I could give this place a million stars I would. Doesn’t matter what you’re looking for; whether a family-friendly place or a night out with friends, Rocco’s is the place. I can’t recommend it enough."

"Food was very good Italian with traditional Rhode Island Calamari appetizer and delicious seafood pasta dinner with scallops, shrimp, fish, etc. in a bed of linguine topped by a substantial amount of Arabiata tomato sauce. Service was excellent also. The atmosphere we had was in a bar setting which was good for our function which was a party. You can sit in a more private area if desired. We’ll go again."

"Great food! Cool atmosphere! Added bonus Chef Alison came to the table to chat with us. Nice touch. We enjoyed appetizers. Eggplant rollatini was right on the money, French onion soup was delicious. We had barbecued pulled pork pizza and chef special tortellini and both were amazing. Definitely a go to spot for us!"
