Nice way to lose/robb customers!! The food isn't that good anyway just more convenient. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I'll go to authentic place."

"I get food from this location at least once a week and the only time I ever have issues is when they have new staff training. And it’s not quality issues, just portions being a little off which is to be expected with new staff. The flavor is always great and the service is awesome. It seems to be a very well run establishment."

"Mediocrity at its average. The food hasnt changed. Pretty good overall, but not the best burrito chain. The service left me scratching my head. The cashier was horribly inefficient and slow. But instead of helping him, the line burrito makers kept taking orders. I was standing by the tortilla heater and having to shout down my salsa and cheese concurrence. As it was, i missed on the extra hot salsa because the server only asked, " mild, medium, hot?" So i thought they got rid of the habanero. With Chipotle right across the street, one would expect better."
