"Every time I've been to this location, the drive-thru staff except for one person has been rude. When ordering online through the mobile app when you request less ice, it should not mean a cup that is over 3/4 full of ice. I wanted coffee, not ice cubes. Making it a point to go to the other location on Washington Street now because of the attitude issues with staff at this location. Walking into the store, and hearing them bad Mouthing customers in the drive-thru is not professional at all."
"I came to this location at around 4:45pm on January 4th, 2024. The girl working there was so rude to me and my mom. My mom doesn’t speak English, so I had to talk (from the pass seat) I used to work at Dunkin and I know it’s annoying and hard to hear, but when i came to the window I asked the price and the white girl yelled at me with so much attitude, and looked at us weirdly. Someone with a poor attitude shouldn’t be working customer service, we didn’t do anything to her, if someone else did that was not our problem. Definitely never coming here again."
