"Waited 45 minutes for a thing of Mac and cheese. When I asked for a cup an employee responded with “what?” as if I had inconvenienced them. On top of this the place was a mess. Trash and food on every empty table and the trash barrel was overflowing. None of the employees seemed to care about the growing line of customers waiting for food. They may have even started to work slower."

"This has to be the worst Panera in America. We ordered via the app which told us it was an 8 minute wait. It took 36 minutes for our soup and half a sandwich. The staff is rude and didn’t even apologize for the significant delay. The tables and floors are filthy. If you are short staffed, change the time on the app. Even if you’re short staffed, you can be courteous to your fellow human beings whether they are staff or customers. Panera corporate should permanently shut this store down as it is a black eye on their brand."

"Had hair in my food and the lady who put it out kept flipping her hair! I got a full refund and new food, but the lady didn’t even say sorry the front end people had to do it for her! Tis the season, I won’t be back! Even if I got a refund, a new meal!"

"Quit penera right in a plaza with stop and shop , the portion size is good , and service decent , only complaint is it looks like no one really cleans the tables trash was left on quiet a few but overall good experience"
