"I recently visited this McDonald's on Lowell St in Tewksbury, MA and was extremely disappointed with my experience and the food quality. The fries that I received were old and tasted completely rancid. I voiced my concern to the staff, but they seemed completely indifferent to my complaint. After being persistent, they had me pull up and wait for fresh fries. Less than a minute later, they gave me the same exact fries but warmed up. Unacceptable. I used to love McDonalds, but it seems like this is the norm anymore. I personally worked at McDonald’s for many years as a teen and I don’t recall this level of disrespect and indifference. On top of that, the price for 4 sandwiches and a large fry was around $40. With the poor service and bad food, I felt as though I was being ripped off. I was extremely frustrated with this McDonald's location and would not recommend it to anyone. The nasty fries, indifferent staff, and overpriced menu all combined to create a thoroughly unpleasant experience."
