Papa Gino's and D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

"We ordered a large pizza & large steak & cheese on the app at 5:47pm with a scheduled pickup of 6:20. I arrived at 6:18 and gave my name and was told “We just need to finish the Steak & Cheese. Would be a couple of minutes”. Ayer being told it would be a couple of minutes a few more times, I saw the guy at the grill start making a steak & cheese. They brought it out with my pizza that had been in the warmer for the past 20 minutes. I left with our food at 6:47 while my wife sat in the car the whole time. Not a good experience."

"Ordered online 3 days ago for a large order pickup today. Didn't even start making it till I got there. Took my money 3 days ago though. This isn't how online ordering works. If you take the order and payment, have it ready when promised. Also the woman who appears to be a manager is rude to everyone. Customers and employees. Serious training is needed at this location. You should never yell at anyone in this environment."

"First and foremost the subs are fantastic. Never had a bad meal from here. They have definetly gone way up in prices tho. A medium steak and cheese with extra cheese for $15??? That's a little out of control. It's a good sandwich but it sure as hell ain't that good. As good as it is, I'll probably choose other places more."
