"I ordered massoman curry with vegetables to go and upgraded my rice to brown. It came to $20! Are the prices on line current? The flavor of the dish was good but it was a poor value. It had 5 or 6 pieces of tofu, a handful of string beans, 1 broccoli floret, 2 chunks of tomatoes and a few pieces of carrots. Should have had substantially more substance. Also....the container of rice was the smallest I have ever seen! Maybe it was 1 cup?? This meal was very dissapointing for the money."
"Some of the best Asian food in Plainville. What makes Thai Tanic great is the fantastic service that is provided. Customer service is 5/5 and I’m always happy to support this business"
"Tried for take out last night and it was disgusting. The combo plate was a joke for $23. 2 dumplings, 2 crab Rangoon, 2 chicken wings, and 2 spring rolls. All were tiny. The beef and chicken satay came 2 each, we gave them to our pup. The beef was cheap, and prepared awful. Chewy, no flavor and gray in color. Chicken was the same, but had turmeric rubbed all over it. Pineapple rice was gross. Random vegetables like corn, beans, and no Pineapple. It tasted like dry day old rice tossed in curry. Charged me for every sauce that was to come with the combo. 6 sauces at $1 a piece. $50 all together won't be back. Place is nice inside, but food doesn't match."
"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai tanic, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The flavors and freshness of the dishes I tried were simply outstanding. The Tum Yum noodle soup was a delightful explosion of spicy and sour flavors. It had the perfect balance of heat and tanginess, with tender noodles and a medley of aromatic herbs. It was truly a bowl of comfort and warmth. Next, I savored the Larbkai, a classic Thai dish that did not disappoint. The minced chicken was perfectly seasoned with a mix of herbs, lime juice, and fish sauce. The combination of flavors was refreshing and satisfying, leaving me craving for more. To complete the meal, I indulged in the fresh rolls, which were a feast for the senses. The rice paper wraps were filled with fresh vegetables, herbs, and succulent shrimp. The accompanying dipping sauce added a zing of sweetness that elevated the overall experience. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service also top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend Thai Tanic to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Thai culinary adventure. Whether you're a fan of bold flavors or prefer milder options, this restaurant has something for everyone. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of their enticing menu."
"Amazing food, great service. Definitely a must try. Had drunken noodles with tofu and crazy cashew nut with crispy chicken. Amazing!!!"
