Zippity Do Dog

"I honestly can't believe it took me this long to give this man a rating, but this is no ordinary hot dog stand. This makes slings incredible glizzys at a very reasonable price. 2 specialty dogs, a canned drink, a bag of chips, and a cookie for $12. It's really a great lunch and his specialties are all fantastic. I strongly recommend both the Zippity Do Dog and the Volcano Dog. By the time I've decided I'm getting hot dogs today I am craving both of these."

"My in-laws rave about this place, we had kinda a long line, they have tons of faithful customers. Just not for me, I guess. The customer service was great, the guy was working alone, it was kinda hot, it took about 15 minutes, maybe 20 to get 2 dogs, a sausage, and my BLT which was 2 strips of bacon, a little lettuce and Mayo on a bun the was inside out so he could toast it. It was good, but not quite filling. My hubby said his sausage was ok, but he asked for it one way, and it wasn't what he expected.. not a get-again. But seriously, don't take my word for it. Oh but they don't have much seating, we were stuck sitting with strangers at a bench, there isn't much. So plan ahead."

"Stopped by today for the first time. Excellent hot dogs! Friendly vendor. I got the Zippity Do Dog combo and was a big fan of all the toppings. Bacon bits under the dog is a nice touch. Probably the best roadside hot dog I’ve ever had."

"I love Zippity-Do-Dog. I typically stop by for lunch a few times a month. My favorite is the BBQ Bacon Burger. The owner is always so happy and cheerful. If you're ever in the area you've got to stop. I'd seen it for years but never stopped and now I'm kicking myself. There's tables in the parking lot and a few right behind next to the bike path to enjoy your meal. They have a monthly dog special. I'm not very adventurous but always enjoy seeing what they've dreamed up."
