Panera Bread

"Fine enough for "fast food". Can't go wrong with a soup and salad. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and quick. But just my son and I each getting 1 You-Pick-Two (one of which just being salad) and two drinks cost $40. I'm sorry but the food isn't worth half that. It is literally fast food. I'd never go to McDonald's if they tried to charge me $40 for two burgers. My son's sandwich was 90% lettuce and had almost no meat. Prices are double what they were for skimpier sandwiches. Quality and value have severely decreased over the years/since Covid. Shame because we used to go all the time! Also had issues with website. Does not accept my credentials despite changing my password three times. Order disappeared from cart several times. Good enough to get us through lunch but probably our last visit. Should have taken my $40 and gone to an actual restaurant for the same price. I'm not one to complain about food or restaurants but Panera...get it together. 4/10 experience. 1/10 value."

"Most of the tables were filthy. In the whole restaurant there were literally only 2 clean tables. The floors were filthy, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and the plates were piled so high, there was no where to put our plates. Bad management here"

"I really like Panera. Today I had the tuna on focaccia bread with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Of course I had chips and a chocolate chip cookie along with coffee. I’m never disappointed and they frequently add new items to their menu. Also, they will let you customize your sandwich with your choice of bread and toppings."
