Domino's Pizza

"This place is a wreck. They ignore the phone so much and always try to close early and not take phone orders. They leave the phone off the hook or pick up and leave you on hold purposely to not take you order/leaving you to hang up. I was forced to drive there to order at night when it was two hours before closing time. This has happened for a while and often - I usually don’t like to leave reviews that are negative but it’s just absolutely ridiculous."

"Order three pizzas and only received two. Called and I was put on hold four times. Finally I spoke to someone but they couldn't make this missing pizza fresh without the GM's approval. I was again put on hold and the another person claiming to be the manager said they would make it fresh. THEY NEVER DID!!! The pizza was so disgusting. I wish I could say that this is the first horrible experience there but it's not. Being hungry is better than going to this place."

"Terrible customer service. They will lie to you at the north Attleboro location saying food was delivered when they were never even on the property. They also refused to remake and deliver the food that I never received yet paid for. Had to argue to get a refund. That place is a joke and so are the people working there. Becarful of Hanna there she will lie about where food was left. She was never even in my building"

"I called Domino’s and placed an order I asked them to specifically use gloves when preparing my order. I was outside when I placed the order for takeout. I walked in and I noticed that they still was not using gloves. I was told the food goes in the oven so it kills all bacteria and germs. That is completely unacceptable. Gloves Should be mandatory when handling food."

"No more delivery…now they refuse to bring pizza completely to apartment. Polite driver claimed “domino’s policy not to enter apartment complexes.” Been getting pizza delivered to my door for almost a year here. Now no more???"
