"I am a long time customer of La Santa. I love this place and vocalize to everyone that THIS is the place to go for Mexican. They have phenomenal food and drink; I have never left unsatisfied. However, I was scammed the last time I was there which was 1/25/24. My bill came to $77 and change, I tipped $15, so total was about $92. I was actually charged $169, so to whoever tipped themselves the total instead of the $15, I hope you REALLY needed it more than I did. Currently unsure if I will continue being a customer there or not… how can I trust them to process payments correctly? Your wait staff can’t read a slip correctly? Unacceptable but not worth the headache. Just keep an eye on your account, that’s my warning for everyone."
