"Destroyed my hair style and when I walked in I got handed to a trainee who was just starting to learn. It's not cheap($38) to get someone just learning to cut hair ruin your haircut. Will take weeks to recover."

"I sent my husband in to get a haircut because they told me they don’t do woman’s hair. He goes in and they give him a hair cut but can’t line him up because they don’t have a straight edge. He asked them not to take any off of the top and she cut all of his curls right off. They said “we aren’t a barber shop”. So I am utterly confused as to what they are. He little asked for a lineup and taper before she started and she said okay and then did whatever she wanted and charged him for what she decided to do which was more expensive than what he asked for. Now he hates his hair and lost his curls after a long journey of starting to grow them out."
