"Waited days for them to open (they have no scheduling on website) as a friend suggested trying them. I just moved to Boston. A woman who picked up the phone was so audibly rude. All I did was ask for a haircut and she said they had no time. I asked how I can schedule a cut because I waited days since they were closed. She said "well guess what, we like a weekend too". I immediately hung up and told my friends not to go. This was my first experience, and certainly the last! Can't believe I waited for them to open to be treated like that. Get your cut somewhere else where they respect you."
