"I visited this space twice, while my barber was away! I saw RJ for my cut after reading reviews on the Booksy app, he seemed to be what I needed, and for the most part he was! My haircut came out just as good as when my barber does it! So I took a chance and went a second time! Again, impressed with my cut, I decided then, that when I can’t get in with my barber for any unforeseen reason, I’d go to RJ! I also decided to book a cut for my son, for his birthday! Two weeks in advance, I booked this cut! Excited to see how handsome my son would look, I was hit with aggravation and having to find someone last minute! The barber decided to CANCEL my appointment, a few hours before it happened, and then changed the time of the appointment! He never called or texted PRIOR to doing that! I assumed this was a mistake, and went in to first see if the time I originally chose was available, it was, so I rebooked it! Minutes after THAT, I finally received a text stating “I can’t do that time, I gotta do laundry”…. Needless to say, I won’t be going back, I won’t be recommending them and I won’t be allowing my son to waste his time there either! Being a service based business, a small one at that, and in a predominantly BLACK & BROWN neighborhood, with that level of service is upsetting! No remorse, no regard, no care in the world for the next person! Please be more thoughtful! 5 stars was given on the app after my cuts, but here, 3, because he knows how to cut, but reliability wise, not so sure!"

"This is the most professional, family oriented, welcoming barbershop! The barbers and clientele are very diverse and follow Covid protocols. My little brother was in and out very quickly and the final results were amazing!!"
