"Absolutely worst experience here. Trying to be as gracious as possible but it just enrages me. Called about an hour before arriving for an appointment but they said no need for an appointment. Walked in around 7:20 and when asked for wait time I was told to wait for 20 minutes. I asked them if I could come back in 20 minutes and they said yes. Came back and they said the other guy will be back in 10 minutes. Waited for 35 more minutes before they said he is not coming back and it will take another 30 minutes to even get a haircut. Left without getting a hair cut."
"I was willing to set aside the loud Spanish music and fact that my barber spent much of our time together on the phone speaking in Spanish (using his earpiece) because Wilkins gave me an excellent haircut. He asked me if I wanted a shave, which I would have taken him up on, had I had more time. Maybe next time… By the way, they don’t take credit cards, so I used CashApp."
