Subway

"Went for lunch today and got my usual sub. When I went to eat the sun the bread was stale so I went back and politely informed the person that made the sandwich the bread was stale. The response I got was it's all the same bread and said "what do you want me to do? You want a refund" I went in with the intent of just asking for another sandwich and spent 5-10 minutes trying to explain (and I admit I got frustrated and loud at that point) that the bread was stale and I didn't come in for a $5 refund. Thankfully the other employee offered to remake my sandwich and the bread was not falling apart stale."

"The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return..."

"I've been coming to this location since the opened. Ordered on line today and picked up. The order was wrong, the bread was stale and when I went to bring back and have them remake it. They were arguing with me and giving me a hard time and banging stuff around because I brought it back. Won't be going back to this 1."

"We stopped by at this subway location after a long trip and we’re greeted by some smiling faces. The staff specifically Amanda and Darion are such sweethearts and made sure that our food was prepared as per our expectations. Great hospitality and excellent service ! Would definitely recommend stopping by this location if you are nearby !!!"

"Great Subway! The employees were friendly and helpful, making sure our sandwiches were just how we wanted. They were super generous with the veggies and toppings. The actual food (veggies, bread, etc.) was really fresh. The store was quiet and clean. This location was drastically better than other Subways in the area. Will be back to this one for sure. Good job guys!"
