"On 12/23/2023 I ordered a sausage grinder without sauce only cheese, onion and peppers twice. Well I got my grinder and there was sauce on it. I called and the manager lied and said she told me that it comes with sauce and there was nothing she could do because I ordered it earlier that day. WHAT? If your thinking about ordering food from this place I highly recommend you don’t. Bad management equals bad food."

"I never ever do reviews. But I'm pissed right now. I been eating Empire for 5yrs stuck with them even with huge price increases. I just paid 15$ for a salad and asked the girl can I buy an extra pita please (which I have done for 5yrs) she tells me they don't do that and clicks thru computer and says ya I can't do that. I said they do it all the time she says well not me I walked out pissed like how hard is it to charge me money for a piece of bread. I didn't want it for free. You literally didn't want my money? The only reason I buy a large 15$ salad is to share with my daughter. I will no longer buy a salad from you again. Which makes me sad cuz we love the salad."
