"The guys who cut my hair had no idea what he did. I have tried many places in Lowell, by far this was the worst hair cut I got. May be they are good with Latino style hair, other communities should be careful with him. I just feel the guys has less understanding of how to cut hair, especially thick, long hair. The good thing was that he was very friendly and communicates in English. Also, they only take cash. After he cut my hair, he let me go and bring the cash. He was cool with that. I appreciate that."

"I rated this place 5 stars previously, but I stopped going here. There's a lack of respect for customer's time. You need an appointment to get your hair cut by Jose, but he will make you wait 45 minutes to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time to finally get in the chair. Decided to leave at 3:45 last week because I had to get to work, I had a 2:30 appointment. I am never usually one to complain or walk out of an establishment, but this was happening more often than not- and I was coming here once per week for the last few months, $100 a month. I just don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be honored."
