"I chose this salon because of their stellar reviews and they are for real. I was running late because uber driver couldn't find my apartment building and I wanted to give them a call to let them know that I was still coming for haircut. I spoke to Alison the woman who answered the phone and explained situation because I was nervous about running late. She was very pleasant and I am thinking she explained to Chrissy, my stylist because she placed me on a brief hold. Everything was fine, she said and I was about 5 minutes away but didn't know because I am relatively new to the area. When I got there, the salon was very clean and Chrissy came over from back to bring me to her station to talk hair. She was really great, very friendly and I had six months of growth because I got a terrible, very short haircut from another local salon that I won't bother to mention. No point. Chrissy washed my hair with an extremely invigorating shampoo called tea tree and it was very nice. It smelled so great and it is very therapeutic. I had to buy it on the way out. I then got an awesome haircut and the overall experience was excellent. I was really scissor shy for so long because my hair was so short from the last cut. I am very happy with this salon and have already recommended it for numerous friends."
