"Extremely hard to find but it is there! Shadowed under a bridge and even worse, invisible behind a wall of mirrored glass. See photo. Believe it or not, the wide mirrored wall IS the restaurant. Here's how to find the Biggins Diggins Pittsfield location! Aiming for 75 S Church St, see the beautiful "Clock Tower" building on the left. As you creep very slowly past, watch for a squat brick and metal sign, "Clock Tower Business Center," (see photo) with a brick and concrete courtyard next to it. Attached to the building you will see a green trestle bridge above the courtyard. Remember the sign, courtyard and green bridge. Walk under the bridge to where the courtyard meets the building at a wide mirrored glass wall. The mirrored wall is the actual restaurant but you still won't see it until you get very close. Go in the door to the left of the mirrored wall and you'll find it immediately to the right. Phew! Now that you found it . . . If you're already a fan of their Lanesboro location or food truck, then you won't be disappointed, same awesome creations. Biggins reinvents classic breakfast and lunch dishes, or keeps them traditional if you want. House made brisket and corned beef are sooo good. A secret spice mix embellishes some dishes. I think I know what the spices are but I challenge you to figure it out yourself. Be sure to check out the huge glassed in Berkshire Eagle web press room. I love the smell of ink! And gigantic high speed machinery! I don't know the running schedule. You'll go right past it if you use the restroom. The atmosphere is a fast in-and-out canteen for the business center but it's also open to the public. Inside is a small dining area with several tables. One wall is entirely glass (mirrored on the outside) with a long seating counter but the counter is covered in snacks and coffee, no stools. There are a few tables in the shaded courtyard. Fast selection of coffees in dispensers, beverage cooler, snacks. Place your menu order at the counter. Unfortunately even dining in you get plastic to-go containers and utensils, paper coffee cups."
"I've been going here since they moved into the Clocktower Building, and it's become a regular place for me. They're a little hidden away (on the north side of the building, under the walkway across from the parking lot), but they recently put up a sandwich board that helps them stand out better. I go back and forth between two items: the mac and cheese with barbecue (the mustard base kind) and their straightforward barbeque sandwich. The mac and cheese is a great, comforting, filling mix of flavors. The sandwich helps the flavors of the meat stand out and melts in your mouth without being mushy. A couple of other things to keep in mind... - Between the line and preparation, it's never taken more than 15(ish) minutes to get my order, but it's not a fast food place. You will have to wait a little bit. - As with everything these inflation days, the prices are slightly higher than I'm used to. Certainly not their fault, and it doesn't seem to dissuade the line of folks waiting for their order. I'm hoping this means that they'll be able to be open for a long time. All that said, I've found the time and money worth it. I hope you enjoy it, too."
"If you don't live in the area. Good luck finding the place. The online menu is not up to date, so expect confusion. I ordered a brisket Reuben. The sandwich was sub par and comparable to friendlys. At least with friendlys you get french fries with your side. Here, they show it on the menu as a side. The chips sides option, are the smallest bag of lays. Im just not a fan of getting charged 14$ for sub par food."
