Fiesta Cafe is a charming cafe located on Main Street in Chatham, New York, offering a unique twist on classic breakfast and lunch dishes with a Mexican influence. We are open six days a week, serving up delicious meals from 7am to 4pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and from 7am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday. Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays.
