Banfield Hospital was very helpful and coordinated what was required to allow me to purchase Lucy’s food. I was especially impressed by the kindness, conscientiousness, knowledge and efficiency of Al at Banfield. He really went the extra step to help me with the process and was exceptionally responsive, helpful and compassionate. Once I make an appointment, I just drive there and we're out of there in no time. I cant say enough good things about them."

"1 is being generous. I brought my dog in and put him on the wellness plan. Due to their mistake, they forgot to finalize the plan with my card there. They called me a few days later and told me to do this over the phone through their finance line or whatever. When I used the automated lien to update my card, they told me my zip code was invalid. I tried every zip code I have lived at in the last 3 years. I called the clinic back and told them this; so they told me to call during business hours and speak to a rep. I have spent hours on the phone with said reps to be told that I don’t actually have an open account for my dog and they keep asking me if my dead dog is the account I need to update. It sure isn’t. So I called back the clinic and they said I needed to come in in person which I cannot since I am in a state 17 hours away for school. They told me if I didn’t get it settled within the week they would send me to collections for the $500 bill it would be without the wellness plan. Well, I’m in school in a rigorous program that doesn’t allow you to work, so I clearly can’t afford it. I called and asked to be transferred to collections after waiting 20 minutes; I got disconnected and didn’t call back. TLDR: they made a mistake, I have spent hours trying to fix it, and they’re threatening to send me to collections. Currently on hold to pay the bill through care credit and get the heck out of this awful situation. Save yourselves the trouble and go to a real vet."
