"Wasn't all that busy when I got there. I ordered ahead through the app and still waited for close to 20 minutes in the restaurant for my coffee. Extremely slow at this location and would highly recommend to go else where"

"If you are able to go to any other donuts I strongly recommend you do. They never have it together- went in when it wasn’t busy and still waited 10+ minutes for a coffee. Manager was nowhere to be found and the staff clearly wasn’t fully trained with no support from their manager. It’s always something with this dunks. Food/drinks are okay if they make it correctly, but the staff needs more assistance clearly."

"I was very shocked to watch the male staff member hugging and tickling the other female staff, it was very unprofessional and while doing their flirting they delayed the taking of the dine in orders and the line built up. Not sure whom is I'm charge there but they need to watch the cameras on 9/28/23. Can't imagine what else goes on there"

"Ordering on the app is extremely convenient because you can just go in and grab it or pulling up to the drive-thru also. How can you go wrong at Dunkin donuts in the morning. I really miss – "time to make the donuts' Joe Joe c."

"Not only do they mess up a Latte and a simple hot coffee with 9 and 9 they also do stuff like this! Then refused to remake the latte and refused to refund me! A blue hair in my latte, and over cooks the hash browns so you can barely eat them. I've only been here 5 times and they mess up every time! I also would like to add I'm clearly not the only person who feels this way! See for yourself!"
